By using the PeakRest website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

All prices displayed on PeakRest are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes. Taxes (GST/HST) are calculated based on your shipping address and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

All products are sold as described. PeakRest reserves the right to modify prices and product availability at any time. 

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
